This is one sick person. I'd not trust him to live in the same house as me. Why is he even living at home? Dad was over the top and I think he chose to do that because it would hurt his son the most. Not a good thing. And brother video's the whole thing to add more insult. Need to pack his stuff up and move him out, not destroy his crap.
it is possible that they tried everything else and it didn't work. Looking at the surrounding, pool and the lawnmower(not cheap) the kid probably developed an entitlement mindset and figured everything was "owed" for him being a special snowflake. This kid looks to be in his early 20's. And yes I would not want him living in my house after that incident.
