First of all I am incredibly humbled and very thankful for your prayers and well wishes. I expected 4 or 5 but 39 just blows me away !

I had a minor heart attack, but I'll live. In order for them to let me out of the asylum I had to promise to stay in bed at least a week and to take it very easy.

I am very drugged, tired, and sore, but I will try to post something every now and then.

Again, thank you all for giving a damn !

Sarge; I'm glad to hear you're on the road to recovery. Proof of the power of prayer.

Make sure you listen to the doctors. And thanks for the Memorial Weekend Post. It echoes what America is (or maybe was) about. These days I fear for my country constantly, but when I hear of sacrifices that many of loyal young Americans make it straightens my faith America will survive.
